Class Description

Is your child in need of a specialized and supportive after school program? Look no further than Raise The Bar N and our After School Special Education Class. Our program focuses on behavior, communication, social skills, language, and literacy. Led by Dr. Quinney, the sessions consist of whole group instruction, small group work, and center time. We encourage non-vocal/nonverbal and limited verbal students to attend. Let us help reinforce your child’s learning and development. Dr. Quinney is happy to help reinforce IEP and ABA goals and she will implement any necessary accommodations. Some maladaptive behavior is accepted as Dr. Quinney will work on behavior and use positive reinforcement to reward target behavior however students must have the following learning-to-learn behaviors to attend: Remain in an area for at least 15 minutes and no overly aggressive behavior (biting, punching) 3:00PM-6:00PM Mon-Thur. Additional time available, upon availability. Membership Fee: $375/week.
